Timbuktu!

Last night I played at a place called Cold Beer. Somewhere in the middle of New Mexico. Just when I think life can't get any weirder it does. There's nothing else for miles but this bar and I walk inside and the owner is in black tie and he and his wife are in the middle of preparing a four course meal for the impending arrivals. People drive 45 miles for this special event and I'm the entertainment. The food was amazing. Started with raspberry vinaigrette tomatoes and mozzarella and then moved on to beautiful hot rolls with homemade squash soup perfect for the icy cold air we walked from. The third course was the tastiest salmon with asparagus and wild rice pilaf. Dessert was an amazing lemon meringue pie. Wow. Here's what the bathroom doors looked looked like

Then I played a set of music and checked into my haunted hotel. The St James Hotel. I can't make this stuff up. I'm sitting in the haunted lobby in Cimarron, New Mexico feeling ghosts pass through my body but they're friendly ghosts. They say hi!

I'm headed to Albuquerque today for a show tonight at Low Spirits Happy early Thanksgiving SjjP
