Candle Pin Bowling

We drove a very long distance today all the to Quebec City. Heaps of kilometers and zillions of Tim Horton's whizzing by and lots of rain intermingling with a shy sun that dared dared to peek out every so often. The sun was schizophrenic. Just when we thought we had it all figured out, it would change its mind. So we stopped for a spell in Rothesay, New Brunswick and tried out candle pin bowling. Have you ever heard of it? Needless to say, I can't bowl worth a damn but I think I can.  Witness exhibit 1 below.

Perhaps I'm better at the behind the scenes stuff. Somedays you're the pin and somedays you're the ball. Mark it 8 dude.

Next stop Wakefield, Quebec for a Friday night May 27 show at The Blacksheep.

It's John Kuhlken's celebration of life the same night in San Diego and celebrate him I will. I wish I could be in San Diego. I wish I could be two places at the same time. I loved him and will always love him. Sara Petite has graciously agreed to open both of my San Diego area shows July 8th at Lestat's and July 9th at Cheers in Ramona. I will definitely be singing for him in Quebec.
